Initially created to streamline our photo magnet/pin production with a more customer friendly system, due to overwhelming requests, we have decided to expand our product presence online. We will be adding new products to the shop as time goes on so make sure to check back often!
FAQs
How to Order Photo Magnets
Go to the product listing and upload the necessary amount of photographs (standard order of 9 magnets means 9 uploads, bulk orders are 1 picture). After the photos have uploaded, you will be able to add your item to cart.
All other items
The remaining products will have inventory amounts listed so if there are none available, you will not be able to add to cart.
Payment Options:
Our Shopify website accepts Paypal payments at checkout. If you do not have a Paypal account, message me using the Get In Touch button within the About Us section of the homepage. Message me what you would like to order and I will generate a Paypal invoice which can be paid using credit cards without needing a Paypal account.
Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns will only be accepted due to quality control issues within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping Policy
Turn around time for fulfilling orders is 2-3 business days. In the event of a large order being placed that will require a longer turn around time than usual, we will reach out to you via email and inform you of the required amount of time to process your order.
